About Reservation
＊Once a tentative reservation is made by you, we will provide confirmation of the reservation to you by email. After we have got answer our email from you, we will fix your reservation. If we could not receive your response 3 days ahead of your reservation, we will cancel your reservation.

＊We accept reservation at least 3 days in advance. Especially, we suggest you to make reservation well in advance at busy Spring season and Autumn seasons.

＊We will contact with you to reconfirm your reservation until 3 days before.

＊If your reservation is in a distant future, please let us know when you arrive at Japan.

About Cancelation
＊You are asked to cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 3 days in advance on the day of reservation.
＊Cancellation Policy
3 days before / no charge
1 day before / 50 percent fee of your budget
Within 24 hours of reservation / 100 percent fee of the budget
Party number's decrease on the day / 80 percent of the budget per person.

Restaurane Time
＊Our local Japanese time, or Greenwich Mean Time plus 9 hours, will be recognized by customer. Thus, customers agree to act by Japanese time when you make reservation, propose to cancel or contact with us.

About Room
＊We have less than 7 rooms which are various sizes.
In each season of Spring Cherry blossoms and Autumn Maple trees, sometime we cannot prepare a room of 1st (ground) floor with private garden. Thank you for kindly understanding.

About Credit Card
＊Currently, Arashiyama Kitcho accepts only the credit listed below:
American Express, VISA, Master, Dinners, DC, UC, JCB, Saison, Million.

＊We will request a credit card number, in case of canceling your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. Customer will always share the cancellation policy at the time the reservation is made.

About Transportation
＊Sometimes, Kyoto becomes gridlock with traffic, in the high season such as Spring and Autumn, and some Festivals or events. Thus, we recommend you to use public transportation such as JR lines Hankyu Line and Keifuku Line to come.
