Agreement

This Agreement (the "Agreement") and our policies referred to herein contain the complete terms and conditions that apply to your use of this reservation system (the "System"). As used in this Agreement, "Customer" or "you" refer to you, and first person singular, such as "we" refers to restaurant of Kyoto Kitcho.
Use of the System constitutes knowing acceptance and acknowledgement of this Agreement below.
We may modify this Agreement's teams and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the System after a change in this Agreement, or after implementation of any other new policy constitutes acceptance of such change or policy.

What we do

Once a tentative reservation is made by "Customer", we will provide confirmation of the reservation to you by email. By using this System, Customer agrees to receive reservation confirmations by email after booking reservation through this System.
In addition, we will fix your reservation after we have got answer our email from you. If we could not receive your response 3 days ahead of your reservation, we will cancel your reservation. Thus, customer agrees to our policy of our fixing reservation way, and cancellation.

Although we accept reservation at least 3 days in advance of your arrival, we suggest you to make reservation well in advance, especially in busy spring season and autumn season.

Reconfirmation Policy

We will contact with you to reconfirm your reservation until 3 days before. Or, we expect a contact from you the day before your reservation, after you arrive in Japan. Thus, if we could not contact with you the day before, we will cancel your reservation. Besides, we demand you a cancellation chargeAin that case of cancellation. (Please see "Cancellation policy")
That is because our restaurant accepts only customer who made reservation and we need to prepare various kinds of ingredients.

No Show Policy

We promise to provide superior service to customer. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service, Customers are asked to cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 3 days in advance on the day of reservation.

We will request a credit card number, in case of canceling your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. Customer will always share the cancellation policy at the time the reservation is made. Please review our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 3 days before, we do not charge any cancellation fees. If you cancel 1 day before, we charge 50 percent of your total budget. If you cancel within 24 hours, we charge you 100 percent. Besides, if one of your members cancels the reservation, we charge him or her 80 percent of the budget per person.

By way of exception, if you have to cancel because a public transportation, which you expect to use, halt or you suffer from natural disaster, we do not charge anything.

Restaurant Time

Our local Japanese time, or Greenwich Mean Time plus 9 hours, will be recognized by customer. Thus, customers agree to act by this restaurant time when you make reservation, propose to cancel or contact with us.
